Midland, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – A Midland flower shop owner has been indicted on several more federal charges for her role in the U.S. Capitol riots on January 6.

The new charges against Jenny Cudd, all felonies, are ‘obstruction of an official proceeding; remaining in a restricted building or grounds’ disorderly conduct in a Capitol building and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.’

Cudd was initially charged with two lesser misdemeanor crimes.

Meantime a federal judge granted permission for Cudd to travel to Mexico for a pre–planned retreat with her staff later this month.
