Fort Worth Police Mourn Loss of K-9 Officer

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The Fort Worth Police Department is mourning the loss of one of its K-9 Officers.

The department posted a tribute to “Joekel” on social media over the weekend.

The K-9 Officer served Fort Worth from 2013 to 2018 and lost his battle with cancer and severe hip dysplasia. Officers are thanking “Joekel” for his service.
