DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Crimestoppers increased reward money this week for information in the recent murder of an SMU student in Downtown Dallas.
According to the Dallas Police Department, 19-year-old Robert “Jaden” Urrea was shot and killed Halloween morning near Jackson and Harwood Streets in Downtown Dallas.
DPD has released photos and surveillance of the suspect vehicle and community members taking to social media to help. SMU Police encouraged anyone with information to come forward.

Crimestoppers now offering a $25,000 dollar reward for information that leads to an arrest and ultimately a conviction in the case. Detectives are asking if anyone has any info regarding this homicide, please contact Det. Belew: [email protected] or by phone at 214-422-9275.
