Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said 16 people were rushed to the hospital, three refused transport and three were deemed “no patients.”
ATCEMS said six ambulances had responded to the scene.
Crews on the scene were in the process of trying to reach a crane operator after the collision.
Local officials told residents to avoid the area.
