CEDAR PARK (WBAP/KLIF NEWS)- UPDATE 9:30 a.m.: Cedar Park Police confirmed that all three hostages have been freed from the home and the suspect has surrendered to police.
The suspect had been barricaded inside the home for over 16 hours with his mother, brother, sister and family pet.
9:00am UPDATE: The suspect and last hostage have come out of the home peacefully. The scene will continue to be active for quite a while as we investigate.

Cedar Park Interim Police Chief Mike Harmon said two of the officers who were shot have been treated and released from the hospital. A third underwent surgery early Monday morning.

Three Cedar Park police officers were shot Sunday afternoon but remain in stable condition as a man continues to barricade himself inside a home.
Residents of Cedar Park have been asked to avoid Bagdad Road as the situation continues. Police and fire departments have closed the southbound lane of Bagdad at Heritage.

“Our hearts are with the police officers who were injured while protecting the Cedar Park community this afternoon. We must never take for granted the service and sacrifice of our law enforcement officers, and the State of Texas stands ready to provide the support and resources needed to bring justice to those involved,” said Governor Greg Abbott.
