(WBAP/KLIF) — Seven people were killed and three others injured in a gruesome car crash in a Texas border city, Thursday. The vehicle was being pursued by the Border Patrol when it smashed into a building.
El Paso Police Seargent Robert Gomez says the victims were all occupants of a four-door vehicle when it crashed shortly after 2:15 a.m. Thursday.
Three others were injured in the crash and taken in stable condition to local hospitals. The Border Patrol is cooperating with police in the investigation, while the crash is also under internal review.
