FRISCO (WBAP/KLIF News) The Dallas Cowboys are at the top of the list of teams to host the 2018 draft. The new training facility at The Star in Frisco could set a precedent in pro football for Texas. The draft has never been held in the Lone Star State. Philadelphia is also a possibility for next year. That’s where the league is meeting at the end of the month for the coming season’s draft. Kansas City and Green Bay are in play, too, but considered not likely venues. For nearly 50 years, the draft was held in New York City. That run only just ended in 2014.
