McKinney (WBAP/KLIF) – The Collin County Sheriff’s Office thinks it has solved the mystery of the BB gun shooter. For the last several weeks someone has been shooting a BB gun at vehicles driving on Country Club drive in Lucas.
It happened again Monday night, but this time the shooter hit a vehicle driven by a deputy.
That deputy stopped the suspect’s pickup, and arrested Jose Resendiz, of McKinney. He’s in the Collin County Jail, and the sheriff’s office is investigating to see if he’s the one who shot the other vehicles.
