DE Edge Rusher, Marshawn Kneeland has died at age 24. The death involving a reported self-inflicted gunshot wound apperars to have come after state troopers attempted to make a vehicle stop of Kneeland’s vehicle on the Dallas North Tollway near Keller Springs Road.
Texas state police report a pursuit was initiated, then stopped when troopers lost sight of the vehicle. A state helicopter and Frisco police were brought in to search for the suspect after the vehicle was found near the tollway southbound near Warren Parkway. DPS reports police found his body a short time later not far from his vehicle. Investigation is now underway.
