Dallas City Hall May Be Facing the Wrecking Ball

(WBAP/KLIF) – DALLAS, TX – On Tuesday, Dallas city leaders met to discuss whether to renovate, replace, or find a new location for City Hall. The building opened in 1978, however recently it has developed leaky ceilings, has outdated restrooms, and unreliable electrical systems. Renovations and repairs could cost the city between 100 million and 345 million dollars. The news comes amid reports that the Dallas Mavericks may have some interest in the site to build a new arena.
