(WBAP/KLIF) — The US State Department warning Americans world-wide to be cautious of the threat of being victims of a terror attack. The agency has issued a travel advisory, warning Americans to exercise increased caution.

The State Department is concerned about increased tensions around the globe, stating, “Due to increased tensions in various locations around the world, the potential for terrorist attacks, demonstrations or violent actions against U.S. citizens and interests, the Department of State advises U.S. citizens overseas to exercise increased caution”.
The agency has increased the travel advisory to the highest level for both Lebanon and Israel, allowing non-emergency government employees to leave those countries.
