AUSTIN (WBAP/KLIF News ) – Torchy’s Tacos has responded to a viral video of a group of men wearing Nazi paraphernalia eating at one of its locations in Fort Worth.
The video was recorded by Jessica Gregorio who said she had a verbal altercation with the group who made “white power” remarks.
Gregorio is of Jewish descent and told our media partner WFAA TV she has not tolerance for hate of any kind.
“Not just against my people but against the LGBTQ community, the black community, the Hispanic community, any community that is not Anglo white Christian,” she said.
In a social media statement, the Austin-based restaurant denounced the group and stated “Let us be clear, we do not stand for hate and do not support this group or any hate group.”
Torchy’s said the team acted first to ensure the safety of other guests and wanted to serve the group quickly so they could leave.

The company said when the men tried to come back, they weren’t allowed in.
Torchy’s Tacos added that they’re working closely with local authorities to ensure the safety of its guests and team members.
