(WBAP/KLIF) — One man was injured when a gunman opened fire at the Methodist Family Health Center in Cedar Hills, Tuesday. The unidentified shooter entered the facility with a rifle at around 12:15 p.m. when medical staff called police.
Cedar Hills Police Chief Ely Reyes says officers responded to the facility at about 12:21 p.m. to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The suspect was seen with a long gun getting into a black vehicle when he sped off and crashed into another vehicle. Officers caught up with the man, who still had his rifle, and was shot by police. The suspect is in critical condition, while the shooting victim is listed as stable.
