(WBAP/KLIF) — The community of Como is honoring the lives of those killed earlier this week.

18-year-old Gabriella Navarrete, 22-year-old Cynthia Santos, and 18-year-old Paul Willis where shot and killed in Monday’s Como neighborhood mass shooting.
Now, the community is remembering those killed and the eight others who were injured with a candlelight vigil on Friday night from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. United My Justice is organizing the event and representative Donnell Ballard says the candlelight vigil will take place at the Old Courthouse in downtown Forth Worth.
Ballard says ministers will share messages, while those attending are asked to wear orange or bring orange balloons in protest of gun violence. A planned balloon release is tentatively set for 8:45pm.
