Arlington (WBAP/KLIF) – An Arlington woman reportedly beat her husband to death with a hammer Wednesday when he asked her to sign divorce papers. Arlington Police say My Tran called 911, and told the operator she had hit her husband over the head with a hammer. Responding officers found she had in fact hit him six or seven times, apparently as hard as she could, and he was dead. Tran reportedly also told police she had thought about killing him, and decided to do so when he produced divorce papers. Officers also said she insisted she was “fully aware of her actions.”
