Amber Alert Issued for Missing 6-year-old Everman Boy

(WBAP/KLIF) — Everman Police have issued an amber alert for a missing 6-year-old boy. Authorities say Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez has been missing since yesterday from wisteria drive in Everman, Texas.

The 6-year-old is Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. Police are looking for Cindy Rodriguez-Singh in connection to the boy’s abduction. Investigators believe Rodriguez-Singh may be driving a gray 2012 Chevy Silverado with Texas license plate PLS-7091.

The 37-year-old suspect is 5 feet tall, weighs 140 pounds and has black hair with brown eyes. She also has tattoos on her chest. If you have any information, please call 911.

The Everman Police Department was notified by CPS regarding a missing 6-year-old child named Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez who had reportedly not been seen by family since November 2022. Noel suffers numerous physical and developmental challenges and family members have expressed great concern for his safety. Information was received that the child may be with his father located in Mexico. Authorities have determined that information was false. The Mother has since absconded and law enforcement has been unable to locate her. Mother of the child, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh H/F, 01/30/1985 (age 37) may also be accompanied by her six other children (ages: 5-month twins, 7, 8, 9, & 11). Cindy was last known driving a gray 2012 Chevrolet Silverado with Texas License Plate: PLS7091. The vehicle has a very unique mural of Santa Muerte across the entire back windshield of the truck. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Cindy Rodriguez-Singh. We are seeking public assistance in locating Noel Alvarez, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, and other children.
