COLLIN COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF) – The Collin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help locating 33-year-old Kayla Kelley. She was reported missing January 11th by friends.
Investigators say Kelley’s vehicle was located in a remote area in Frisco after she was reported missing, but she has not been seen.
Police have identified 32 year old Ocastor Ferguson, who also goes by Kevin Brown, as a person of interest. Ferguson has been arrested and charged with Kidnapping in connection with her disappearance. He’s currently being held in the Collin County Detention Center in lieu of $1,000,000 bond.
