DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News ) – A Dallas minor has been charged with murder after the deadly hit-and-run crash that killed 82-year-old Florence Kristine Kelly last month.
Dallas Police said a 12-year-old boy was arrested on Wednesday but they are not releasing his name at this time.
The crash happened on November 7 at the intersection of Royal Lane and Rosser Road.
Investigators said doorbell surveillance footage shows people inside the suspect’s car running from the scene after the crash.
The group left behind and 13-year-old girl they were riding with because she wasn’t able to get out of the car.
