(WBAP/KLIF) — Mexico is suing U.S. gun dealers along the border.

After a failed lawsuit against gun makers in the United States, Mexico is now filing a lawsuit against gun dealers operating within states along the southern border. According to Foreign Affairs Secretary Marcelo Ebrard, 60% of the guns smuggled into Mexico are bought from gun dealers in 10 U.S. counties along the border. The Mexican government wants to hold the businesses liable for the flow of illegal weapons into Mexico.
The suit was filed in Arizona on Tuesday.
