Plano, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Plano police have arrested the so-called “Bright-eyed Peeper’ — 27-year old Christian Eli Hardin-Hoffman is an accused peeping tom after an incident last month on bellflower drive near Thunderbird Roller Rink.
On September 15 around 11pm, police say they responded to a home where a victim reported that security cam footage captured a man looking into through a window.
Hardin-Hoffman was arrested in connection with this case on October 4. He’s charged with indecent exposure; he was also cited for disorderly conduct for another incident on September 18.
Police did not say what led to his arrest.
