CARROLLTON (WBAP/KLIF) – Carrollton Police are investigating the deaths of three people found dead inside a home on the city’s north side Saturday afternoon.
Carrollton Fire Rescue responded to a report of smoke coming from a house in the 3900 block of Alto Ave. shortly before 4 p.m. Firefighters arrived to find the house on fire. As they worked to put the fire out,
they discovered three adults dead inside.
Investigators say A 51-year-old woman and a 77-year-old man both had obvious signs of trauma. They are still working to determine their exact causes of death. A 53-
year-old man was also found with a gunshot wound to the head. All three victims are members of the same family. Initial evidence indicates this was an isolated family
incident and that there is no related threat to the area.
