Austin (WBAP/KLIF) – U.S. Customs and Border Protection says one of its Texas agents has been arrested, and charged with assaulting and mistreating a juvenile in custody. The agency says the agent was based in the Del Rio area along the border with Mexico. It neither named the agent nor described the alleged assault. It also did not say where or when it happened. The Texas Rangers and U.S. Customs and Border Protection are investigating.
