Drugs, Sex Offenders, and Illegal Immigrants Continue to Pour Into Texas

(WBAP/KLIF) — As more illegal aliens pour into the Rio Grande Valley, concerns grow regarding narcotics entering as well.  Texas DPS Lieutenant Christopher Olivarez says that he has seen hundreds of pounds of marijuana as well as large quantities of cocaine and fentanyl cross the border illegally.

Texas DPS Sergeant Jason Bazan says these smugglers use drones to smuggle in cocaine, fentanyl, and marijuana.  Fox’s Christina Coleman reports on law enforcement efforts in Mission, Texas, that include water and air patrols.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection confirmed data that two recently arrested migrants were registered sex offenders.
