
AUSTIN (WBAP/KLIF) – Governor Greg Abbott has tested positive for COVID-19. He is currently isolating in the Governor’s mansion receiving monoclonal antibody treatment.
His office says he has no symptoms as he is in good health and fully vaccinated against the virus. Abbott is tested daily according to his office.
“Governor Abbott is in constant communication with his staff, agency heads, and government officials to ensure that state government continues to operate smoothly and efficiently,” said Office of the Governor Communications Director, Mark Miner. “The Governor will isolate in the Governor’s Mansion and continue to test daily.”
First Lady Cecilia Abbott tested negative.
As you may have heard, I have Covid.
Right now I have no symptoms such as fever or aches and pains.
