
Collin County, TX (WBAP/KLIF) Collin County officials late Friday release video of jailers restraining Marvin Scott III before his death, and after his arrest for marijuana possession.
The family of Scott has been demanding to seen the video since he died in custody on March 14,
Reporter Jobin Panicker from our media partner WFAA, explains what is seen on video. He is assisted by a 30-year police and corrections veteran, who now specializes in police training.
The video picks up reportedly at the point when Scott is deemed to be “acting strangely.”

The 7 jailers involved were ultimately not charged in connection with the in-custody death, which was ruled a homicide, and are fighting to get their jobs back.
