Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – Fort Worth Police need help identifying a woman in connection with the robbery of a long-haul truck driver on June 10.
Police say the driver was asleep in his truck across from a warehouse on AWG Way when the suspect allegedly knocked on a door asking for help with her broken down car.
After a second woman convinced him to get out of the truck, a male reportedly approached from behind with a gun and demanded property.
The trio made off in a white older model vehicle with the truck driver’s cell phone and wallet full of cash and credit cards.
Police are looking for a white woman, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall, dark hair, heavy-set, between 30 and 40 years old. she has purple accents in her hair, and large tattoos on her upper right arm and chest area. she may be driving a white car.
