A local real estate agent faces an additional charge for her participation in the Jan. 6th. U.S. Capitol riot.
Katherine Schwab, of Colleyville, is now facing five charges regarding the incident.
She was arrested back in February and charged with entering or remaining in a restricted building without lawful authority and more.
On June 7, she was additionally charged with willfully and knowingly engaging in an act of physical violence.
Schwab traveled via private plane to D.C. to take part in the rally, according to the FBI.
She has plead not guilty to the charges.
