AUSTIN (WBAP/KLIF)- Governor Greg Abbott signed a law that prohibits any business in Texas from requiring employees to provide vaccine information or so-called “vaccine passports”.
The bill in question is Senate Bill 968 (SB 968) by State Sen. Lois Kolkhorst.
SB 968 is an extensive bill that covers many issues beyond just the vaccine information limit, but the section banning businesses from requiring vaccine passports and the like can be found on page 13 of the enrolled version of the bill.
It will go into effect immediately.
Texas is open 100%.
Texans should have the freedom to go where they want without any limits, restrictions, or requirements.
