Undated (WBAP/KLIF) – The Atlantic hurricane season officially starts today and ends Nov. 30.
After a record-breaking 2020, storm watchers have predicted a very active 2021 with an above-average chance of hurricane landfalls along the us coastline and in the Caribbean.
The National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration [NOAA] expects a likely range of 13 to 20 named storms — of which 6 to 10 could become hurricanes this year.
