Philadelphia – (WBAP/KLIF) – Bill Cosby will not be getting out of prison anytime soon, after being denied parole by the Pennsylvania Parole Board for failing to complete a sexual violent predator course among other things.
The 83-year Cosby is serving a 3-to-10-year sentence for drugging and sexually assaulting a former Temple University employee at his home in 2004.
A spokesperson for Cosby says they were not surprised by the decision as the board had explicitly told Cosby that he would be denied parole if he did not partake on Sexual Violent Predator course among other things.
He says that Cosby maintains his innocence and remains hopeful for a full pardon by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
