DALLAS – WBAP/KLIF – A 17-year old boy shot during an early Sunday morning disturbance at the Love Field area Hawthorne Suites Hotel was pronounced dead at an area hospital after he was taken by private car in search of help. Police say another victim was injured; not yet identified.
Dallas Police say 17 year old Tony Evans Jr. died after the shootings around 1:30 am Sunday. Officials say the shootings occurred during a gathering on the second floor of one of the hotel buildings.
Dallas Crimestoppers is paying up to $5,000 for information leading to arrest and indictment of the involved suspect.
