Austin (WBAP/KLIF) – A recent, limited poll could be bad news for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Paxton is being investigated by the FBI over bribery and abuse of office accusations made by several of his former deputies. The Associated Press asked Texas’ more than 100 Republican state lawmakers if they have confidence in Paxton. only two responded. They said they have no reason to question Paxton’s performance, and are awaiting the results of the FBI investigation.
