Dallas’ Mayor’s “State Of The City” Address Outlines Problems, But Ends Up Hopeful

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Mayor Eric Johnson’s “State of the City” address Tuesday night outlined the challenges Dallas faces because of the coronavirus pandemic, and a summer that was filled with racial tension and hyper-sensitivity. but Johnson also noted that with vaccines about to come on line, for the first time in a long time the outlook is upbeat.

Johnson says the city will work with federal, state, and county governments to make sure the vaccines are distributed to all of Dallas’ communities, especially he said, the most vulnerable.
