Republicans Concerned About Biden’s Cabinet Nominees

(WBAP/KLIF) — Proposed President-elect Joe Biden continues the process of filling cabinet positions before his expected inauguration on January 20th. Some of the nominations have raised the eyebrows of both Republicans and Democrats.

Senator John Cornyn says he’s concerned about the lack of disclosed information regarding several of Biden’s nominees, especially those associated with foreign affairs.  Cornyn is specifically concerned about the lack of information available regarding the nominees’ business associations.

Biden’s latest nomination has been Brian Deese as Director of the National Economic Council.  Biden previously announced Antony Blinken to serve as Secretary of State, Jake Sullivan as his National Security Adviser, and Linda Thomas-Greenfield to be Ambassador to the United Nations.
