Arlington, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Arlington Police say a teenager died over the weekend when a gun went off in the car he was in.
The 17-year old, who has not been identified, was a passenger in the car with two other people in the 6300 block of Brownlee Drive, Saturday night around 7:00pm. Police say he was taken to a hospital where he later died.
Police said he may have accidentally shot himself while handling the gun inside the car.
The incident remains under investigation.
