Houston Police Have Found The Man They Think Killed One of Their Sergeants

Houston (WBAP/KLIF) – Houston police have arrested the suspect they think killed one of their own.
Sergeant Sean Rios was gunned down in a Houston street Monday while on his way to work. Other officers apprehended 24 year old Robert Soliz Tuesday afternoon, pulling him over while he was driving on Houston’s Katy Freeway. At the time of his arrest Soliz was out on bail for carrying an illegal weapon, and had been investigated at least once before for threatening to kill a girlfriend. Houston Police are also looking for a second, as yet unidentified man who was clearly visible on a surveillance video talking to Soliz shortly before Sergeant Rios was shot. Houston’s Police Chief, Art Acevedo, says they’ve got good pictures of him, and they’ll get him.
