Frisco (WBAP/KLIF) – “Tapestry” is a 121 home project built in Frisco by India’s Total Environment Homes. The company says it has an ecologically friendly approach to homebuilding. Its houses will have grass rooftops, and the architects say they are designed to be bigger on the inside than they look on the outside. There is a downside, other than perhaps the need to mow your roof occasionally. Prices start at $1.1 million.
