Tucson, Ariz. (WBAP.KLIF) – U.S. military exercises scheduled for this coming week in parts of Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona may occasionally startle residents of those states, especially at night. The Air Force says the exercises dubbed “Dynamic Wing,” will include day and night airplane and helicopter operations intended to prepare personnel for rapid deployments in “attack and rescue missions in austere environments.” They will take place in various locations between the Army’s Fort Bliss outside El Paso, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona.
