Cowboys Quarterback Dak Prescott Injured During Sunday’s Game Against NY Giants

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Dallas Cowboys pull off the win 37 to 34 last night against the New York Giants, but there was some drama.

The phrase “Prayers For Dak” quickly began trending on Twitter, after Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott was injured during a tackle in the third quarter by giants defensive back Logan Ryan, and was carted off the field.

During the play, Dak appears to become entangled with Ryan and slams to the ground, with what appears to be Ryan’s weight on his right ankle. Dak was reportedly taken to a local hospital where he was expected to undergo surgery.

The Cowboys tweeted that he was “still our player of the game.”  Dak’s brother, Tad prescott, was with Dak at the hospital, and tweeted pictures with a smiling Dak, with an update that read: God is good, and he’ll be back stronger than ever.
