S. Customs and Border agents at the Peace Bridge which connects the Canadian-U.S. border at the New York state line.
The letter was intercepted at a government facility that screens mail addressed to the White House and President Trump.
The woman had previously been arrested in Mission, Texas, while living in the United States.
Ricin is a poison that can be made from the waste left over from processing castor beans. Castor beans are used to make castor oil. Ricin can potentially be used as a biological weapon. It can be turned into an aerosol and inhaled. It can also be ingested from poisoned food or a contaminated water supply or injected, according to Wikipedia.
