Washington – Westwood One (WBAP/KLIF) – The Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committee released its the latest installment of ”Counterintelligence Threats and Vulnerabilities’ reveals significant ties between Russia and the 2016 Trump campaign.
The Senate intelligence committee has concluded the Kremlin launched an aggressive effort to interfere in the 2016 presidential contest on behalf of Donald Trump and says the Trump campaign’s interactions with Russian intelligence services during the campaign posed a “grave” counterintelligence threat.
The bi-partisan panel on Tuesday released its fifth and final report in its investigation into election interference.
The report purposely does not come to a final conclusion about whether there is enough evidence that Trump’s campaign coordinated or colluded with Russia to sway the election to him and away from Democrat Hillary Clinton.
President Trump tweeted his reaction to the report:
“Senate Intelligence Panel found absolutely no evidence of collusion. There was no evidence that the Trump campaign conspired with the Russian government to influence 2016, affirming the findings of other investigations.” Daily Caller

That leaves its findings open to partisan interpretation.
But the report says interference in the election is indisputable.
POLITIC reporter Kyle Cheney tweeted a snippet of the nearly 1,000 page report:
Per Senate Intellgence Committee, Konstantin KILIMNIK — who Manafort provided internal Trump campaign polling data to — is "a Russian intelligence officer." pic.twitter.com/NQGcaOZ5PE
