Donate to Dallas County COVID Response Fund

(WBAP/KLIF) — As Dallas County nears 1,900 cases of COVID-19, medical professionals hope enough supplies remain on hand.  Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins announced, Tuesday, that the community is coming together in response to dwindling medical supplies.

The Dallas County COVID response Fund has generated donations to purchase personal protective equipment and sanitizer.  Also, investment firm Goldman Sachs dontated $250,000 to the response fund.

Jenkins says the money donated to the fund brings a windfall to the county’s Coronavirus resources. The donations are actually quadrupled in value based on FEMA funding guidelines.

Texans who wish to donate to the Dallas County COVID Response Fund may do so at Dallas County COVID Response web site.
