City of Dallas Making Sounds to Close Parks and Trails; Social Distancing Issues

DALLAS – WBAP/KLIF – Dallas Parks and Recreation officials say Dallas parks and trails are overcrowded despite social distancing rules being in effect.  Dallas officials say the most crowded areas include the Katy Trail and White Rock Lake.  Park Rangers are monitoring activity and social distancing in use or not by visitors.  The city’s code and parking enforcement and Dallas Marshals office are on hand to help enforce the new rules.  Park officials warn all parks will be closed immediately if the public does not comply with distancing requirements.
