Dallas Closes Multiple Public Settings to Combat COVID-19

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF NEWS)- As the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 continues to increase, Dallas City officials have decided to close all city of Dallas libraries, recreation centers, athletic fields, golf courses, tennis centers, and play grounds.

Public access will also remain closed to the Martin Luther King Jr Community Center. Return drop boxes outside of libraries are also closed.

There are now 74 cases of the Coronavirus in Dallas County and one death.

State total numbers have climbed to 349 cases and five deaths as Friday March, 20th.
