DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF)- Due to the growing concern over the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Gateway Church, a multi-campus church with six locations across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, will be canceling in-person gatherings at all metroplex campuses. Lead Senior Pastor Robert Morris will be recording an announcement to put on social media and the church’s website this morning.
Pastor Robert and 150 members will be gathering at the Southlake campus to record Pastor Robert’s sermon that will be used to stream throughout the weekend. The sermon’s taping is closed to the general public.
Currently, the risk of contracting the COVID-19 is low but the health and safety of the congregation’s members and staff is of the highest importance. “Our priority in all decisions is the well-being of the community we serve,” states Pastor Robert.
