DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF NEWS)- The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a critically missing person.
The man is 80-year-old Estanisalo Garza and was last seen on foot at the 2200 block of Andrews Street wearing a dark colored shirt, dark blue pants, glasses, and a baseball cap. He is a Latin male, 5 ft tall and 130 pounds with white hair, and brown eyes.
Police say he may be confused or in need of assistance.
