North Richland Hills Police Search for Man Accused of Assaulting Teen

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS  (WBAP/KLIF News) – North Richland Hills Police are asking the public to help catch a man accused of assaulting a teenager earlier this month.

The incident happened February 10th just after 3 p.m. near the North Electric Trail and Susan Lee Ln.

Investigators said the man spoke with a teenage girl and asked her for a hug.

When she said no, he reportedly moved closer and grabbed her buttocks before running away.

The department said the suspect has been seen in the area before.

He’s white, in his 20’s, has sandy-colored hair that’s longer on top, scruffy facial and a “lazy” left eye.

He was wearing a green jacket and black skinny jeans or joggers.

Police said they’re aware of a reported incident in Haltom City in November 2019 but have no evidence that the two are connected.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the video or has information is asked to call the department’s Criminal Investigations Unit at 817-427-7030.
