WHITEHOUSE, TEXAS (WBAP/KLIF NEWS)- The town of Whitehouse, Texas is celebrating today after hometown kid Patrick Mahomes won the Super Bowl last night in Miami. His former coach and current Athletic Director of Whitehouse High school Adam Cook is still overcome with excitement.
“To see what happened last night is pretty amazing that is the biggest game in all of football and our guy just won it,” said Cook.
Mahomes also became the first quarterback from a Texas college (Texas Tech) to win the Super Bowl.
