Trump’s Visit to Farm Bureau Historic

(WBAP/KLIF) — AUSTIN, TX — No other president in U.S. history has visited the American Farm Bureau’s annual convention as President Donald Trump. For the third year in a row the president attended the convention.

Gary Joiner with Texas Farm Bureau says the president explained his administration is listening to the farming community.  The president’s trade deal with China also provides huge dividends for farmers and ranchers.  Joiner says the federation is grateful for support from the White House.

Farm Bureau delegates solidified policy on foreign labor, dairy pricing guidelines, climate change, and allowing a higher THC level in hemp.
