1,000 Job Business Park Coming to DFW

(WBAP/KLIF) MESQUITE, TX — A massive $71 million dollar industrial park project broke ground in Mesquite, Monday. According to the city’s Wayne Larson, the development is expected to be a big boost for the local economy.

The 5-building park is expected to draw a variety of companies, resulting in about one thousand jobs for North Texas.  The project named “Urban District 30” is nearly 1 million square feet and will be located near the intersection of Interstates 30 and 635.

Larson says the versatility of the project is appealing to companies, which are already lining up.  The 980 thousand square foot development is slated for completion by the end of the year.
